Maraya.eu cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services with care. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

The effective date for the validity of these conditions is 19-10-2019, with the publication of a new version the validity of all previous versions expires. What data do we collect and store?
Products you viewed: we use this data, for example, to show you products you have recently viewed.
Location, IP address, and browser type: We use this information to calculate taxes and shipping costs.
Shipping address: We ask you to fill in this information so that we can, for example, calculate shipping costs before you place an order and then send the order to you!
We also use cookies to keep track of cart contents while you browse our site.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Webshop software
Lightspeed
Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed, we have chosen Lightspeed for our services. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Lightspeed has access to your data in order to be able to offer us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are made regularly to prevent data loss.
Lightspeed
Our webshop is developed with software from Lightspeed, we host our webshop on a server under our own management. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of data as much as possible. These security measures consist in any case of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Regular backups are made to prevent loss of data.
Web hosting
Shopify.com
We purchase web hosting and email services from Shopify. Shopify.com processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. is obliged to maintain confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and mailing lists
MailChimp C ContactForm V7
Our website uses MailChimp C ContactForm V7, a third party that handles email traffic from our website and the sending of any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and
Web forms are sent via the servers of MailChimp C ContactForm V7. MailChimp C ContactForm V7 will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email that is sent automatically via our website

We use the services of Shopify for our regular business data traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible.
Shopify does not have access to our mailbox and we treat all our email correspondence confidentially.

SHIPPING AND LOGISTICS
Sendcloud
If you place a physical order with us, it is our job to have your order delivered to you. We use the services of Sendcloud to carry out the deliveries. For this purpose, it is necessary that we share your name, address and place of residence with Sendcloud. Sendcloud uses this data only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that Sendcloud uses subcontractors, Sendcloud also makes your data available to these parties.
Email traffic

You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation to the e-mail address known to us that the data will no longer be processed until you lift the restriction.
Right to portability
You always have the right to have the data that we (have) process and that relate to your person or can be traced back to you, performed by another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for
privacy matters. You will then receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all data about you that we have processed or that have been processed by other processors or third parties on our behalf to the e-mail address known to us. In all probability, we will no longer be able to continue providing the service in such a case, because the secure linking of data files can then no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other rights
In applicable cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Maraya.shop. If you object, we will immediately cease processing the data pending the handling of your objection. If your objection is justified, we will provide you with transcripts and/or copies of data that we (have) processed and then permanently cease processing.
