Delivery information

We deliver according to the following schedule:

Within the Netherlands within 2 to 3 working days
Within Europe within 2 to 5 working days
Outside Europe within 2 to 7 working days

Express shipment with Fedex Express will be delivered within two working days.

Returns Policy

• The costs of a return shipment are for the customer
• The item must not be worn, washed or damaged. The labels must be attached to the item.
• Be careful with make-up; an item with make-up stains will not be returned.
• Orders that fall outside the return period of 14 days after receipt of the order will not be returned.
• No washing guarantee is given. Problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.
• Jewelry may not be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons. Returns
